About the Job
We are looking for a Store Team Member to assist in the production and delivery of high‑quality pizzas and to provide excellent customer service both in‑store and across the telephone network.
Job Duties
Operate all store equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare pizza products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Maintain daily cleaning of equipment and facilities.
Assist with orientation and additional training as required.
Job Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
Ability to provide correct monetary change.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Motor coordination and manual dexterity to move ingredients, pizza from oven, and assist with packaging.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Basic reading, writing, and numerical proficiency required.
Ability to talk, hear, and use vision during in‑store tasks.
Physical & Safety Requirements
Stand for the majority of the shift; walking and occasional climbing stairs or ladders required.
Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs and lift cases up to 72 high.
Operate in temperature variances from 36°F to 90°F+, handle hot surfaces up to 500°F.
Work with sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and food‑related hazards (cornmeal dust, fumes, etc.).
Perform repetitive tasks, bending, stooping, and reaching extensively.
Have good manual dexterity for handling pizza appliances, cutlery, and packaging equipment.
