Controller job at System One. Tulsa, OK. System One is assisting a growing and dynamic Tulsa client with a search for a Controller. This position will have high visibility and will play a vital role in the transformation of the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead the accounting processes on a daily basis providing leadership and oversight
Manage the monthly close process generating financial and management reports. Ensure account analysis and reconciliations are completed timely
Collaborate closely with corporate to d evelop and implement efficient accounting workflows and team structures as the company grows
Provide insights and recommendations on financial strategy to support future acquisition goals
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
7-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the insurance sector
CPA or MBA qualification preferred
Strong statutory accounting experience; public accounting experience a plus
Salary: $125K - $150K
