What You'll Be Doing
Operate loaders safely and efficiently to move and load materials
Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance
Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe plant operations
Communicate effectively with plant personnel, drivers, and dispatch
Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures and guidelines
What Are We Looking For
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and accurately
Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
Commitment to safety practices and reliable work habits
Capability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting and upkeep
Effective communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
