Onsite IT Service Desk Technician – User Support & AV

Santa Fe Community College is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to provide help desk support to end users through various channels. The position requires an associate degree in Computer Science or related field, and 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring requests, and providing support during large events. The technician will collaborate within the Office of Information Technology and is expected to work onsite in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
