About the Role
American Stone is hiring a full-time Class A CDL Driver to deliver stone products to customers, contractors, and store locations.
Pay
$25 to $28 per hour
Do you have excellent interpersonal skills, with an energetic and outgoing personality? Do you have the ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism? Do you enjoy driving?
Responsibilities
As a full-time Driver, you are responsible for transporting materials safely and efficiently while supporting yard and customer operations.
Deliver products to customers, contractors, and store locations
Load, secure, and unload materials using appropriate equipment
Operate flatbed or dump trucks in compliance with safety standards
Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure safe operation
Maintain accurate delivery records and follow assigned routes
Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies
Assist yard staff with loading, organization, and general tasks
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Perform basic truck care and ensure equipment is in good condition
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL with proper endorsements
Valid Medical Card
Clean driving record
Ability to meet physical job requirements including lifting and working outdoors
Ability to pass a drug screening
Experience operating loading equipment preferred
Strong communication skills and professional attitude
Spanish is a plus
Schedule
The schedule is negotiable but generally follows business hours. Saturdays may be required.
