is seeking a highly organized and self-directed
Groundskeeper / Maintenance / Houseman
to oversee exterior upkeep and support general property maintenance in a
semi-formal household environment .
This is a
full-time, live-out position
primarily focused on
outdoor work , with some light interior responsibilities to ensure the home and property remain well-maintained and running smoothly.
The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and maintains a high standard of professionalism.
Groundskeeping & Exterior Responsibilities
Perform
exterior cleaning and maintenance
of the property
Maintain outdoor areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
Handle routine upkeep and general property care
Work independently to ensure the grounds are consistently well maintained
Maintenance & Houseman Responsibilities
Perform
light interior maintenance , including changing light bulbs and basic appliance upkeep
Assist with upkeep of specialty household items such as
keg systems, soda gun, whiskey barrel, humidor, and wine rooms
Support overall
home functionality and organization
Assist with
shopping and household errands as needed
Provide
driving support
when required
The ideal candidate is a dependable and detail-oriented professional who thrives in an independent, hands-on role.
Qualifications include:
Prior experience in
groundskeeping, maintenance, or houseman roles
Strong ability to
work independently and stay self-directed
Highly
organized with excellent attention to detail
Takes pride in maintaining a
clean, well-functioning property
Comfortable performing both
outdoor work and light indoor maintenance tasks
Professional, reliable, and consistent
Bilingual
English/Spanish preferred
Enjoys working outdoors and managing tasks autonomously
Must pass an
advanced third-party background check
(paid by client)

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime as needed)
Start Date:
June 1, 2026
Compensation:
$35 per hour
