Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:10 am on a standard 3-2-2 schedule

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the "go-to" expert for your assigned production lines. Your day includes:
Solving Puzzles:
Troubleshooting and repairing complex manufacturing equipment.
Precision Work:
Performing preventative maintenance and rebuilding spare parts.
Team Impact:
Participating in efficient changeovers to keep production humming.
Leveling Up:
Completing advanced technical trainings to earn new certifications.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience:
3+ years of experience maintaining industrial manufacturing machinery.
Technical Toolkit:
A solid grasp of
hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical
systems.
Analytical Mind:
The ability to read blueprints/schematics and solve problems on the fly.
Physical Readiness:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on aerial platforms (up to 20 ft).
Education:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
