**Reports To:** Sr. Managing Director, Head of Equity Capital Markets
**Department:** Investment Banking
**Location:** New York, NY**Salary Range:** $135,000 - $145,000 The ECM team is looking to hire a Roadshow Coordinator in New York to plan, execute and manage all logistics related to deal roadshows. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership of the coordination and management of these activities. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*** Assist the execution of ECM transactions* Execute planning and logistics for all stages of a roadshow including, but not limited to, managing the overall schedule, ordering catering, booking cars, booking travel, pulling investor profiles, etc.* Work closely with the internal ECM and deal teams for flawless execution* Effectively communicate with management, internal teams, and joint-bookrunners* Deliver high quality client service **Job Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years’ experience in the coordination of planning corporate events and/or road shows in the financial services industry preferred.* High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.* Be able to work under pressure and have ability to prioritize on own.* Strong organizational skills and be able to successfully function in a fast-paced team environment.* Proficient use of Microsoft Office, database management, Ipreo proficiency preferred.* Execute events onsite when necessary and be open to travel.* Strong client service, relationship building, problem solving and communication skills.
