Work Schedule
Sunday through Wednesday with a double shift on Sunday (0700-2300) and off Thu, Fri and Sat.
Wednesday through Saturday with a double shift on Saturday (0700-2300) and off Sun, Mon and Tue.
Monday through Friday night shift, with hours of 1500-2300.
During training, approximately 4 to 6 months, the shift will be Monday through Friday 0800 to 1630. Once ready to work independently, the employee will then work one of the above mentioned shifts.
Summary
This position performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Anticipates problems and works to proactively mitigate them.
Reports to Site Lead (Quality Manager for advisement).
The work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions.
Ensures product shipped to/from the site meet all applicable 14 CFR Part 121/145 requirements.
Inspects the in-bound/out-bound material for damage and proper documentation.
Packages out-bound shipments by using best commercial practices.
Inspects OEM or FAA Form 8130-3 / certificate of conformance documentation for originality and serial number.
Manage and control Government property and materials in IMOPS.
Package materials for transportation, including HAZMAT materials IAW PWS requirements.
Establish initial material control records in IMOPS.
Requisition new or refurbished/repair assets through IMOPS.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a warehouse or aviation-related environment.
Must have the ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
In order to obtain / maintain a Secret Clearance, US Citizenship is required.
