Compensation

$14 - $27 per hour
(equal to or exceeding the local minimum wage)
Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or particular work; multiple premiums may apply.
