Responsibilities
Perform regular landscaping and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
Inspect and maintain outdoor equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
Manage irrigation systems and conduct routine checks for leaks and efficiency.
Assist with snow removal and winter weather preparations as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of all outdoor areas, including walkways and common spaces.
Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to management promptly.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of the property.
Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in all maintenance activities.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is a plus.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
