Position
Warehouse Associate located in Kent, WA (19032 62Nd Ave. S Kent, WA 98032).
Details
The position is represented by a labor union.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday (Occasional rare Saturdays), 40 hrs per week. Shift starts 2 am–10:30 am or 4 am–12:30 pm.
Potential forklift and/or pallet jack operation.
Responsibilities
Participate in daily warehouse activities: truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining organization.
Conduct safety checks and comply with procedures.
Accurately assemble and load products on delivery trucks.
Execute order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
Maintain accurate inventory and record/report defective items.
Accept, verify, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries and shipments.
Adhere to safety and quality checks.
Requirements
Capable of repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment and using a Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM).
Able to lift, bend, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs (25 kg).
Preferably experienced with forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
Possess or able to obtain relevant equipment operating licenses.
Willing to take on other related duties as assigned.
Follow schedules and instructions from foreman or supervisor.
Flexible with schedules based on customer demands.
General understanding of warehouse operations.
Able to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
Salary and Benefits
Hourly pay rate: $29.05 per hour.
Health care, retirement, and paid time off in accordance with Union agreement.
