Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Workers' Compensation Attorney(s) at our Southern and Northern California offices, offering flexible opportunities for work-from-home arrangements. The attorney will handle workers’ compensation cases, provide legal advice, perform in-depth research, and represent clients in hearings and depositions. Responsibilities also include negotiating settlements, drafting legal documents, and keeping clients informed of case progress while adhering to client-specific guidelines and objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Workers’ Compensation Law and Labor and Employment Law
Attend hearings & depositions
Demonstrated ability to provide sound Legal Advice and deliver strategic legal solutions
Excellent Negotiation skills with a focus on achieving cost-effective resolutions
Current membership in the State Bar of California
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage an active caseload while meeting deadlines
Experience in Workers’ Compensation Defense is preferred but not requirred
