Assistant Director, EOF Programs & Student Success

The Independent Educational Consultants Association in Teaneck, NJ is looking for an Assistant Director to support academically and financially disadvantaged students. In this full-time role, you will provide academic, career, and financial advising, manage a caseload, and assist in recruitment efforts for the Educational Opportunity Fund Program. The ideal candidate holds a Master's Degree and has experience working with diverse student populations, as well as skills in communication and data management. A valid driver's license is required.
