Responsibilities

Use an app to receive shift notifications, provide availability, and track skills.

Carry out assigned duties consistently, adapting to new skills and shift types.

Meet productivity standards specific to the account.

Follow dock safety policies, complete lift inspections, report malfunctions.

Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are error‑free, scanned correctly, and documented accurately.

Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.

Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety, including housekeeping of the operations building and equipment areas.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.

Ability to use handheld RF scan device.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, and reach above shoulder level.

Ability to operate a clamp attachment.

Ability to work in a non‑climate controlled environment.

Experience or willingness to receive training in Food Safety.

Meet established productivity standards and understand the stocking strategy.
