
Apartment Make Ready Technician
Brookdale, Overland Park, KS, United States
Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm; on‑call rotation once a month; experience with apartment unit turn required; tools provided; HVAC experience preferred. Base pay will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Maintaining the interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds is a career for the individual who likes working with their hands and tools. Our residents will appreciate your services as you keep public and private living areas up to expectations in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Requirements to be a Maintenance Technician
Maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull‑cord equipment.
General maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned, and respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas.
Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and any other governing jurisdictions.
