
Maintenance Technician

Overview
Trillium Services, Inc. is hiring for a Full‑time Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will assist with general maintenance and repairs in residential homes and equine settings. This is a fast‑paced position that requires someone who shows initiative, self‑direction, and the ability to take immediate and appropriate action in a variety of situations. Candidates must possess a variety of skills and knowledge in the maintenance field.
Responsibilities
Performs minor troubleshooting, repairs and adjustments of locks on doors, cabinets, desks, closets, door hinges, key slots, etc.
Changes filters on heating, ventilating and air conditioning units.
Moves furniture and equipment at various sites.
Assists with painting projects or floor install projects.
Sets up and breaks down furniture.
Performs vehicle maintenance and safety inspections.
Assists with outdoor tasks such as weeding, applying mulch, planting, trimming.
Assists with snow removal.
Performs seasonal and preventative maintenance.
Compensation and Hours
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.
Full‑time benefited position. Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Hours may be adjusted seasonally based on daylight hours.
Pay on demand payment option available.
Minimum Requirements
Must have a minimum of one year of experience working in maintenance (preferred).
Valid driver’s license.
Use of reliable, insured transportation.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Pass background check.
