Support technology systems, hardware, and software across the school district.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Apple software desired
Experience with Apple networks desired
Good organization skills and an attention to detail
Reports To
Director of Technology
Performance Responsibilities
Assists in the setup and configuration of district devices for students and staff.
Assists district employees and students through the district technology help desk.
Assists with maintaining the district technology inventory.
Install and update software as needed.
Perform routine computer maintenance including physically cleaning technology.
Must lift/move computers and other equipment (up to 50 lbs.) as needed.
Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
Must demonstrate appropriate interpersonal skills and verbally communicate clearly and distinctly with staff and students.
Must project a positive image of the district to the staff and students as well as exhibit a positive employee attitude.
Continues job performance enhancement by updating knowledge and skills in the use of technology as well as participating in appropriate professional growth activities.
Completes other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Working Conditions
12 month position
Hourly Rate $17.89
