Responsibilities:
Fabricate metal components for custom signage using various tools and techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to meet project requirements.
Operate welding and cutting equipment with precision and attention to detail.
Perform quality inspections to ensure all products meet company standards.
Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving fabrication issues as they arise.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in metal fabrication.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal fabrication or a related field.
Proficient in welding techniques.
Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Valid welding certification is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
