We’re looking for a flexible, relationship-driven Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) Floater, who loves stepping into different classrooms, supporting colleagues, and building connections across our school community. Responsibilities
Step into classrooms to support teaching teams, maintain continuity, and keep the day running smoothly
Build meaningful relationships with children across age groups
Help create calm, engaging, and joyful learning environments
Support play-based, hands-on learning experiences
Use positive guidance to nurture social-emotional development
Collaborate with a team that truly supports one another
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and being a steady, supportive presence throughout the school.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in Colorado
Experience in a licensed early childhood setting (preferred)
A genuine love for working with young children
Strong emotional awareness, patience, and flexibility
Ability to be active throughout the day (including lifting up to 40 lbs.)

Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
