Overview
Real Salt Lake is seeking a part‑time grounds crew member for the Zions Bank Training Facility (ZBRA) in Herriman, Utah. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Fields and Grounds and the Superintendent of Fields & Grounds ZBRA. The position is seasonal (February – November 2026) and requires applicants to be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
Pulling weeds
Trash cleanup
Hand watering with hoses
Operate rotary mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and utility vehicles
Painting and scrubbing field markings
Irrigation repairs
Game/Event setup
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to take direction and multitask
Possession of a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record
Ability to withstand loud noise levels
Availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate team schedules
Ability to work independently with initiative and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to pass a background check
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, balance, crawl, and reach for extended periods of time
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
Prior landscaping experience
Physical Demands & Work Environment
The job requires regularly lifting or pushing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting or pushing more than 50 pounds or exerting heavy force. The position involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, typing, and working in a variety of weather conditions.
