Role Overview
The Reeds Spring High School is seeking an energetic, student-centered assistant coach to help lead our football program beginning in the 2026-2027 school year. RSHS is committed to academic and personal excellence. An Offensive Coordinator position is available for the right candidate. The assistant coach will work with the head coach to help develop and lead the HS Football program. It is important that the successful candidate has the ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community.
Responsibilities
Assist the head coach in developing game plans, training, and leading the HS Football program; collaborate with staff to advance academic and personal growth of student-athletes; foster positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and community.
Qualifiations / Requirements
Student-centered; energetic; ability to develop positive relationships; experience in football coaching (preferred); commitment to academic and personal excellence; desire to serve as an Offensive Coordinator (if selected).
