The Teppanyaki Chef learns and perfects the art of teppan cooking, using strong culinary skills and theatrical flair to prepare mouth‑watering dishes in an entertaining and professional manner. This role combines culinary execution, food safety, and showmanship to produce high-quality meals in a fast‑paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals at the teppan grill according to Kobe standards

Engage guests through professional and entertaining cooking presentation

Follow proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures

Communicate with servers to ensure accurate and timely service

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grill station

Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong knife skills and confidence cooking in front of guests

Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, hardwork, respect, and a positive attitude

Able to communicate clearly and work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the workspace for extended periods.

Must be able to frequently move and position equipment or materials weighing up to 15 lbs and reach or adjust items at various heights.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred

Must be at least 18 years old
