Member Wellness Coach & Engagement Advocate

YMCA of NorthWest North Carolina in Statesville is looking for a part-time Wellness Coach who will be responsible for increasing membership growth and retention. The role involves performing uFit sessions, providing personal support to members, and maintaining a clean exercise environment. Candidates should have strong customer service abilities, effective engagement skills, and a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for those with a college degree in exercise science or related field. CPR/First Aid certification is required within 30 days of hire.
