Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator ready to step into a leadership role. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid experience in excavation, grading, and sitework who wants to grow into a Foreman position.
What You’ll Do:
Operate excavators, dozers, skid steers, loaders, and other site equipment
Perform grading, trenching, and utility work
Read plans and work according to plans
Help lead a crew and keep jobs moving efficiently and safely
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of operating experience in commercial sitework
GPS experience is a plus
Strong understanding of jobsite safety and workflow
Ability to read plans and communicate clearly
Leadership mindset and reliability
