Summary
The Golf Services Attendant should have a friendly and helpful attitude, as you will be responsible for assisting guests at the golf course, charging and preparing golf carts for day‑to‑day operations, and assisting golfers in loading and unloading their golf bags while cleaning their clubs and shoes.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Setup bag drop, cart staging, and driving range areas before guests arrive, ensuring all areas are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.

Ensure that arriving guests are properly greeted, bags unloaded and shuttled, cars parked, questions answered, and directions given.

Stage golf carts for guest use.

Maintain a clean and well‑organized cart barn and properly prepare the driving range.

Perform all required cart maintenance and preventative maintenance procedures.

Maintain constant communication with the Starter/Greeter, Guest Services Manager, Golf Shop, Cart Attendants, Bag Handlers, and Player Assistants.

Ensure that departing guests are properly greeted, bags shuttled and loaded, cars retrieved, questions answered, directions given, and thanked for visiting the facility.

Keep all areas clean and well organized.

Assist the Starter/Greeter with bag handling and other guest needs.

Ensure all golf carts are clean, stocked, and parked properly in the staging area.

Perform opening and closing procedures and secure the owner’s assets.

Perform other duties as requested by WGP Corporate, Guest Services Captain, Starter, or Greeter.

Requirements

Customer service experience.

Punctual and reliable.

Exceptional grooming habits, maintaining a clean and complete uniform as designated by Management.

Available to work on all major holidays.

Must regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Physical, Environmental, Cognitive and Social Requirements: sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend, twist, kneel, push, pull, grasp, and stand for long periods; work outdoors exposed to moving mechanical parts, varying weather, and moderate to loud noise.

Frequently required to stoop, bend, crouch, squat, climb, kneel, and maneuver in and out of golf carts; reach above and below shoulder level; push, pull, and manipulate golf bags and equipment using the dominant hand and fingers; operate two‑way radios.
