ColonialWebb is seeking a talented and experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Newport News. As a HVAC Facility Service Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, as well as, perform general maintenance repairs as needed for our customer’s facility in Hampton.

A Day In The Life
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems
Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components
You Should Have
Work experience as a Commercial Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Experience diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems and related controls
Experience with BAS, Hydronics and Refrigeration (preferred)
EPA certification and knowledge of OSHA regulations
High school diploma or equivalent
