is looking for an experienced
Trades Coordinator
with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated team.

You Will Do
Coordinate an install schedule using Service Titan, our customer relationship management software tool
Order HVAC equipment and materials for system installations and duct replacement
Develop a general knowledge of HVAC equipment and duct design
Coordinate pre-inspections when needed
Register equipment with the manufacturer and purchase third party warranties
Assist the HVAC Install Coordinator in additional responsibilities when required
Track down and collect necessary documents for permits, apply for permits, and monitor permit approval through various municipalities.
You Must Have These Things
Desire to learn how a HVAC Install Department functions
Great attitude, detail oriented, and values driven
Desire to learn about HVAC equipment and Service Titan
Basic computer skills (word, excel, adobe, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background test and drug screen
Willing to work on call at home during certain times
