Responsibilities
Prepare metal surfaces by electrochemical weld cleaning, sanding, grinding, chipping and pressure washing
Inspect materials for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements
Previous experience in paint preparation or metal finishing preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Benefits
Monday through Friday schedule
6 am to 2:30 pm
Overtime is available
Competitive wages (based on experience)
Bi-weekly pay (ADP)
Attendance bonus
Uniforms (after 60 day probationary period)
