Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour
Job Schedule: DayTime Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and/or credential checkpoints to help support authorized access, verify identification, and document visitor and contractor activity in accordance with site protocols.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, entry points, production-adjacent areas, and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and report conditions requiring attention.
Complete routine logs, reports, and shift activity documentation related to access control events, deliveries, escorts, and other security-related activities.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
