Network / Systems Administrator

The Network/Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing IT infrastructure supporting DoD operations, including servers, networks, and system environments.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs)
Manage servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization, and cloud environments
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
Implement patches, updates, and system hardening
Troubleshoot network and system issues
Support backup, recovery, and continuity operations
Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and configuration standards
Maintain documentation and system configurations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of systems
etwork administration experience
Experience with Cisco, VMware, Windows Server, Linux
Security+ required (DoD baseline certification)
Knowledge of STIGs, RMF, and NIST controls
