About the Role
We are seeking a Agent Deployment Architect who thrives at the intersection of engineering, client interaction, and real-world healthcare implementation. In this role, you will act as a technical and strategic partner to our clients across the payor, provider, and digital health sectors—helping to deploy our LLM safely, effectively, and efficiently in high-impact environments. What You'll Do
Serve as a technical lead on client engagements, guiding end-to-end solution deployment and customization.
Act as the bridge between our engineering team and client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations.
Rapidly prototype integrations, build internal tooling, and configure systems to meet client needs.
Own the technical deployment lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting.
Partner cross-functionally with product and clinical teams to surface insights and inform the product roadmap.
This is an onsite role based in Charlotte, NC, with five days per week at the client site and occasional travel to Hippocratic AI headquarters (Palo Alto, CA) for strategic planning and team sessions.
What You Bring
Must Have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in technical roles involving customer-facing deployments or implementation engineering.
Deep experience integrating with healthcare systems such as EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena), CRMs, or population health platforms.
Strong knowledge of healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7v2, etc.).
Experience working in complex technical environments within health systems, payors, or digital health.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical requirements across diverse stakeholders.
Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations or immunizations, as mandated by the healthcare facilities where you will be deployed.
Nice to Have:
Strong Python skills and comfort with debugging and writing scripts as needed.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and secure data practices.
Startup experience and a comfort with ambiguity, velocity, and building from scratch.
