Responsibilities
Create food consistent with Jersey Mike's high‑quality standards.
Effectively work alongside a team of 3‑4 members.
Maintain restaurant cleanliness that exceeds others.
Provide customers with top‑quality products and service.
Work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.
Ability to multitask and work with urgency.
Interface with customers and deliver an exceptional experience.
Qualifications
1 year QSR experience preferred.
Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer and oven.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Excellent menu and product knowledge.
Food safety knowledge.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Desire to improve self and skill sets.
Able to communicate effectively with guests.
Participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs.
Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer.
