Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. (HYMH) is a global manufacturer of industrial forklift trucks. We invite marketing students to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program to gain hands‑on experience with digital asset management and marketing operations.

What You’ll Do
Assist with migrating marketing and brand assets from Box to the Bynder Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
Audit and review assets—identifying, tagging, and organizing them for quality, compliance, and improved discoverability.
Apply consistent taxonomy, metadata, and naming conventions; flag assets that shouldn’t be migrated.
Support uploads, conduct quality checks after migration, and ensure assets are correctly categorized within the DAM.
Maintain logs, document issues, and provide feedback for continuous improvement of asset governance processes.
What You Will Need
Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program focused on Marketing, Digital Media, Information Management, Business Operations, Design, or Creative Operations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with large volumes of files and structured data (e.g. spreadsheets).
Basic understanding of marketing or digital content (images, PDFs, presentations, video).
Confidence following processes, naming conventions, and governance rules.
Interest in marketing operations, content management, or brand governance.
Familiarity with digital asset management systems (e.g. Bynder) or content platforms such as Box, SharePoint, or Google Drive.
Experience tagging, organizing, or curating digital content.
Strong written communication skills for documentation and issue reporting.
