Required Shift:
Monday - Friday, hours based on centers needs
Compensation:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour, based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
Implement activitiesthatencourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative,and physical development.
Take initiative, accept constructive criticism, and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
Createandmaintainan environment that is clean and safe for all children.
Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family toprovidequality care for the children.
Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running,and climbing stairs.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
