Overview
Placer County is currently recruiting for an Administrative Technician in the County Executive Office in Tahoe City, California. Reporting to the Tahoe Deputy County Executive Officer, this role provides essential administrative and technical support to management staff, including coordinating staff engagement efforts, assisting with contract routing, and supporting safety and risk oversight for the Tahoe Administrative Building. The position also contributes to special projects such as office safety planning, emergency preparedness, and long-term strategic efforts.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and technical support to management staff in the County Executive Office.
Coordinate staff engagement efforts and assist with contract routing.
Support safety and risk oversight for the Tahoe Administrative Building.
Contribute to special projects, including office safety planning, emergency preparedness, and long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
Ability to work effectively with management staff and cross-functional teams.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary plus up to an additional $1,100 per month Tahoe Branch Assignment Premium for employees who are permanently assigned to a position located in the North Lake Tahoe Area.
