Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Information Security Strategic Analyst to join their team. As a Information Security Strategic Analyst, you will be part of the Security Strategy Department supporting senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Design, refine, and communicate the enterprise information security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
Develop multi-year roadmaps and translate strategic goals into phased initiatives with clear milestones and success measures.
Conduct strategic analyses, scenario planning, and SWOT exercises to evaluate emerging risks and their impact on security posture.
Create executive-ready visual artifacts such as risk heat maps, maturity scorecards, and threat timelines to simplify complex data.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and incorporate feedback to validate assumptions and build alignment on security priorities.
What's Needed?
7+ years of experience in information security strategy, cybersecurity program management, or cyber risk within a regulated enterprise environment.
Proven experience developing multi-year security roadmaps and strategic analysis deliverables aligned to enterprise priorities.
Strong visualization and communication skills, with experience producing executive-ready materials such as dashboards and strategy decks.
Ability to collaborate across cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to synthesize diverse inputs into a coherent strategy.
Familiarity with information security frameworks and regulatory expectations relevant to financial institutions (e.g., FFIEC resources and cybersecurity guidance).
