Opportunity
As our business continues to grow, we're opening a brand‑new facility near Arlington, TX and we're looking for a

Warehouse Supervisor

to help bring it to life. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a warehouse operation from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Materials Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing the team, setting the tone, and shaping the culture of our Arlington site from day one.

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead and manage all warehouse‑related activities (receiving, kitting, shipping/logistics, and warehouse management). This person will play a key role in creating a vision to achieve our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long‑term strategic objectives. This role is ideal for someone energized by ownership, growth, and building something meaningful.

Responsibilities

Champion a zero‑incident safety culture , driving proactive safety practices across the department and broader business.

Align departmental goals with business KPIs

to consistently achieve and exceed Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.

Lead, coach, and develop department team members , ensuring teams are well‑trained, engaged, and positioned for success.

Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives

to improve operational efficiency and key performance indicators.

Own daily warehouse performance metrics , including inventory targets, cycle counting, inventory accuracy, excess & obsolete (E&O) levels, shipping, receiving, and kitting performance.

Plan, organize, and lead the annual physical inventory , ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely corrective actions.

Communicate critical departmental metrics and performance insights

to cross‑functional stakeholders and business leaders.

Serve as the primary point of contact

for all warehouse and department‑related inquiries.

Attract, develop, and retain top talent , fostering a strong culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in warehouse, supply chain, or operations leadership.

Minimum of 3 years of experience leading warehouse teams, with demonstrated people‑management responsibility.

Experience supporting or working within a manufacturing environment, with an understanding of production and material flow.

Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives, delivering measurable operational results.

Working knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement tools, including 5S, standard work, visual management, and structured problem solving.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistent execution.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus on operational goals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with ERP and MRP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms preferred.
