Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.The HRS Program Manager will play a crucial role in Employee Program delivery and optimization and supplier relationship management (SRM) within the HR Solutions team.

It will also work with the leadership on developing the overarching strategy and ensure alignment with our core goals of talent for growth, leveraging our BOS for superior performance, and leading with customer centric innovation. Successful employee programs and service delivery in HR Solutions are critical for the company to meet it’s customer demands and sustainability goals.**Responsibilities:****Program Management for Employee Programs:**Oversee the administration and management of HR Solutions supported employee-centric programs such as the quarterly Presidents Award program (and annual Challenge Possible awards), service award program, new hire welcome kit, tuition advancement program, employee rebate and other employee discount and rebate programs. You will primarily do this through:**Stakeholder Collaboration:*** Work closely with HR, finance, legal, and other relevant business stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.* Engage with employees to gather feedback and insights to continuously improve program offerings.* Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to deliver high-quality program services.* Partner with senior leaders for processes such as Presidents Award**Program Promotion and Engagement:*** Develop and execute communication strategies to promote employee programs and drive participation.* Organize informational sessions, workshops, and events to increase awareness and engagement.* Create and distribute materials, newsletters, and other promotional content.**Performance Monitoring and Reporting:*** Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and impact.* Conduct regular assessments and surveys to measure employee satisfaction and program success.* Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to present program performance to senior management and stakeholders.**Issue Resolution and Support*** Work with Tier 1 support teams to provide guidance and act as support escalation for complex issues* Own and continuously improve knowledge and resources that improve employee self-service* Escalate issues to vendor as needed**Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:**$56,300.00 - $80,255.00**Compensation Type:**Salary**Incentive Eligible:**No**Sales Commission Eligible:**No**Disclaimer**: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
