Job Description:
With minimum supervision, perform duties to maintain, repair, and test production equipment. Build engineering‑designed circuits for testing and production equipment.
Responsibilities
5+ years of experience as a Maintenance/Industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic devices.
Troubleshoot AC/DC control circuits.
Work with 120/240 VAC and 440/480 VAC single and three‑phase power circuits.
Apply strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in electrical systems.
Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to perform accurate diagnostics.
Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade various machine controls, including relay logic.
Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade in‑house‑built equipment.
Diagnose and repair complex electrical issues including motors, drives, control circuits, and power systems.
Maintain electrical systems, including motors, drives, PLCs, HMIs, and control panels.
Install, test, and service wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Document all maintenance activities in CMMS and support inventory/parts management.
Repair and replace defective parts in electrical fixtures.
Install enhancements and major upgrades to plant electrical subsystems.
Test wiring connections with test equipment such as volt/ohmmeters and oscilloscopes.
Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective work environment.
Work with Engineering to modify equipment for new applications.
Build new test and production equipment from schematics and blueprints.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair vacuum systems.
Repair and rebuild mechanical, diffusion, and ion vacuum pumps.
Perform building and grounds maintenance.
Move and install mechanical and electrical equipment requiring electrical, gas, cooling water, and compressed air services.
Assemble and disassemble cubicles and furniture.
Operate a certified forklift and man lift.
Support ISO9001 quality standards as related to job duties.
Handle hazardous waste.
Be on call and able to be within 45 minutes of the facility when on call.
Qualifications
5–7 years of prior industrial maintenance experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Work Environment
Work may take place in the factory, warehouse, and office areas or outside the facility. Other locations without air conditioning may also be required.

Pay Range: $31–$35 per hour plus incentive.
