Position: Medication Partner

Starting wage for Medication Partners is: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
Shift Schedule: Wednesday 7pm-7am

Responsibilities

Administer medications accurately and maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.

Be an Advocate of Empathy: create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.

Be Engaged: be curious, ask questions, pursue development, growth, and training within the organization.

Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 years.

Appropriately certified per state guidelines with active certification in good standing.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Professional appearance and conduct; mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with coworkers.

Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.

Positive and energetic attitude with a love for residents.

Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.

Physical requirements: ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop; ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.

Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist after a fall.

Criminal background check eligible/clearance as required.

Good health verified by a health screening; TB test as required by policy and schedule.
