Overview
Table Games Floor Supervisor
As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing a specific number of table games within gaming pits whilst offering the highest possible level of customer service to all guests.
Responsibilities
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures
Responsible for knowing all policies and procedures of the specific table game being supervised
Monitor table game activity to maintain smooth operations
Implement and enforce security and safety protocols
Maintain excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations with guests, vendors, visitors and Golden Nugget staff
Responsible for specific table games scheduling for dealers
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Table Games Shift Manager or in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of casino table games, rules, and regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of gaming industry trends and innovations
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license
