Job Description
Stipend and coaching salary begin at $2,265/year and $1,809/year, respectively, following the district coaching salary schedule.
Responsibilities
Lead the football program’s offensive strategy and coordination.
Develop and implement training plans, skill development, and game strategies.
Communicate clearly with players, parents, and coaching staff.
Supervise athletes during games, practices, and travel activities.
Maintain a positive team environment that promotes academic excellence and sportsmanship.
Ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
Experience coaching high‑school athletes is preferred.
Knowledge of football strategies and offensive play design.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
Physical Demands
The role requires standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing for extended periods. The employee must frequently use their hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
The environment ranges from quiet to loud and may vary from extremely cold to extremely hot, depending on activity and season. In‑district and out‑of‑town travel may be required for training and duties.
