Job Title: Reservationist
Provides excellent customer service, reservation sales, revenue management, group account management, manages guest accounts efficiently and accurately, and assists in all phases of guest experience and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
Support the hotel in achieving high performance levels in service and profitability.
Respond to guest and employee concerns or complaints in a timely and courteous manner; effectively problem solve.
Assist with keeping timely and accurate documentation; all documentation must be approved and issued by the manager.
Deliver effective reservation sales, revenue management, and group account management.
Handle all guest accounts efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth experience.
Assist in all phases of guest experience and problem resolution.
Qualifications
Problem‑solving skills and basic computer skills.
Ability to share knowledge and teach others.
High level of customer service and effective communication with guests and team members.
Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and pay attention to detail.
Maintains composure when working under pressure.
