Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait list when necessary, and bidding farewell to all guests. They represent the first and last impression of Maggiano’s.
Front of the House Team
This role is part of the Front of the House team, which welcomes guests and includes positions such as Maitre D, Server, Foodrunner, Busser, Carry Out and Delivery Supervisor, Host/Hostess, or Bartender.
