General Description
This position will support the Contracts Team
Duties
Perform CRM data entry
Perform contract award data entry
Serve as customer point of contact for proposal submissions
Conduct research, assemble data, and prepare reports to support managerial decision making
Maintain proposal and contract files in accordance with organizational processes and procedures
Perform a variety of administrative tasks
Review and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
Complete contract close-outs
Manage executive and contract/customer calendar meetings
Prepare agendas, take minutes, organize materials, organize locations, and other meeting logistics
Work effectively under direct supervision; typically reports to a manager
Exercise sound business judgment
Other Duties as assigned
Education/Experience Requirements
Requires High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of general administrative experience required
Familiarity with federal government/military contracting and FAR/DFARS preferred
Familiarity with DELTEK Costpoint preferred
Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures of DoD manufacturing and service type contracts
Administrative knowledge of contract types and phases of government contracting
Excellent organizational and administrative skills a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word
Excellent written and oral skills
Works well in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment with some requirement for irregular hours
Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment while meeting critical deadlines and schedules
Attention to critical details
We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing
