Job Summary
Pittsburgh, PA | Fox Chapel
Start Date:
Flexible for the right fit
Hours:
Fridays, 7 am – 5 pm; guaranteed 10 hours/week
Hourly Rate:
$28–$30
Children:
2 and 4 years old
Paid Vacation:
One week nanny’s choice, one week family’s choice
Requirements:
Up-to-date vaccinations required; Covid vaccine optional
Responsibilities and Duties
Support two busy doctors and their two active sons. Maintain routines and be flexible with start/end times as needed for parental responsibilities. Assist with household management, child-related laundry, dishes, vacuuming, sweeping, and light dinner prep. Drive the children using a family-provided vehicle to activities and help plan those activities. Participate in light yard/garden tasks and occasional cleaning activities as part of a bustling household. The role aims for long-term placement (at least one year).

Structured, energetic, and dependable with strong organizational skills. Proactive and communicative, comfortable with direct feedback, tidy, and willing to work in a home with two active children and a busy schedule. Flexible and able to respond to parental emergencies while maintaining routines. Enjoys family life, has a sense of humor, and is ready to become part of the family.
