Memory Care Support Partner – Full Time

$22.00–$24.00 per hour (Weekend Warrior)
Shift Schedule
Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 3 pm–11 pm
About the role
Act as an Advocate of Empathy; create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Serve as a Patient Observer; discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident who they are, then collaborate on appropriate engagement plans.
Be a Master of the Mise en Scène; set the stage for a successful day by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms for routines.
Work as a Life Partner; guide residents through daily life from waking to sleeping.
Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory‑care neighborhoods.
Qualifications
At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
Computer skills: print documents and enter information about residents.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day and lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and provide post‑fall assistance.
Criminally cleared.
