Position Summary:
The Service Department Lot Porter is responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and flow of vehicles in the service area. This role is essential in ensuring efficiency for technicians and a smooth experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Move and park customer and dealership vehicles safely and efficiently
Keep the service drive, lot, and parking areas clean and organized
Assist with vehicle check‑in and staging for service appointments
Support service advisors and technicians with daily tasks
Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the service area
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Good communication and customer service skills
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
