Job Summary
We are seeking a Guest Services Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. The Guest Services Agent will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in/out, answering inquiries, making reservations, and resolving any issues that arise during their stay.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality is a plus
Proven customer service experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in using basic computer programs and software
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check‑in process
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Assist guests with requests, such as booking tours, transportation, or restaurant reservations
Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Process payments, maintain guest records, and update reservations system
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and a pleasant stay
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the well‑being of guests and staff
